About the PR

I ported the completely new accents I made for Funky (Boston, Scandinavian, and Cak) over to Forky. I made a few minor fixes, like making the Boston accent more consistent and preventing the OwO Accent from interfering with the Cak accent.

Why / Balance

Technical details

I just added the necessary C#, YAML, and FTL to implement the three accents, add two of them to the Traits menu, and add the Cak accent to the Cak.
